FAQ

We accept HSA & FSA, however we do not work directly with insurance (exceptions: Auto Accidents & Medicare Part-B). If your insurance policy includes out-of-network chiropractic coverage then we can provide a Superbill (medical receipt) to submit for direct reimbursement. As a cash practice, we are able to offer customized care and exclusive discounts to make care affordable for all.

As long as you have an active auto accident claim with available coverage or MedPay for your medical care, we can help you get the treatment you need. All we require is your claim number, insurance information, and attorney details (if applicable) so we can verify benefits and confirm that your care is billable under the claim.

The vast majority of our patients are on a specific care plan to address their condition and goals. The average visit cost of a care plan visit is $55. Further, we offer significant discounts for families and ongoing wellness care.

Yes, our clinic director, Dr. Greg Barnes is certified in Functional Medicine.  He is also a Doctor of Natural medicine.  He will frequently run advanced testing and initiate protocols for patients that want to do a deeper dive with their health and get to the root cause of their conditions and heal at the highest level possible.

Softwave TRT is an innovative, non-invasive technology that enhances blood flow, breaks down scar tissue, reduces pain and inflammation and activates your body’s stem cells which are responsible for creating the healing process of tissues like cartilage, tendons, ligaments and discs found in various joints in the body.

Spinal decompression is a safe, non-surgical treatment that gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on discs and nerves. Using advanced technology, it creates negative pressure inside the disc, allowing bulging or herniated material to retract and promoting the flow of oxygen, water, and nutrients. This helps reduce pain from disc issues, sciatica, and spinal stenosis while supporting natural healing.

Not all chiropractic adjustments produce an audible “crack.” When a sound does occur during a traditional adjustment, it is simply the release of gas (mainly nitrogen) from the synovial fluid in the joint. This release helps relax surrounding muscles, calm the nervous system, reduce pain, and improve the body’s ability to adapt and heal. This gas buildup often results from poor spinal biomechanics caused by vertebral subluxations.

A subluxation occurs when one or more vertebrae in the spine experience excessive tension or compression, interfering with normal nerve communication. This irritation to the nervous system can produce a variety of symptoms, including pain, heat, swelling, tenderness, tingling, burning sensations, or numbness. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, you may be dealing with a subluxation — a highly correctable condition that responds well to chiropractic care.

Yes! Many of our patients have experienced significant relief from migraines, sleeping issues, digestive issues, and even symptoms related to complex diagnoses. In 1895, the very first chiropractic patient was a deaf man who regained his hearing after a single adjustment. The founder of chiropractic, D.D. Palmer, initially believed he had discovered a cure for deafness. However, as he continued adjusting more patients, he realized something far more profound: chiropractic adjustments have a powerful effect on the nervous system as a whole. Every organ, muscle, and tissue in your body is controlled by nerves that originate in the spine. That’s why a healthy spine supports a healthy nervous system — and better overall function.
